What This Position is All About
Under direction from the Asset Protection Manager you will be accountable for all aspects of loss prevention as they relate to store and corporate objectives. You will have the ability to work productively with Customer and Associate groups within the store to ensure good customer relationships and all protection objectives are clearly communicated and executed.
Who You Are:
- A natural problem-solver, who is also responsible and dutiful
You Also Have:
- Minimum of 2 years Asset Protection Experience, large volume retail environment preferred
- Ability to quickly learn Saks Fifth Avenue standards, procedures, and IT applications
- Valid NYS Security Guard License a plus
As The Asset Protection Associate, You Will:
- Be responsible for executing Asset Protection policies and procedures in adherence with company directives.
- Maintain the integrity of the building access during and after business hours for associates and customers.
- Maintain the building security in areas inside and outside the perimeter of the store.
- Assist Asset Protection leadership and investigators in conducting audits in accordance with company guidelines

Salary and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $18-$22 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include, geography/market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
