What This Position is All About
Under direction of the Director of Studio Services, the Studio Services Style Consultant is an elevated Style Advisor. Providing outstanding customer service, establishing and developing strong customer relationships and building Studio Services volume will be their main objective. They will also demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to growing client relationships and partner effectively with other team members.

You also have:
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferably in a customer focused environment
  • Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes evenings, weekends and holidays
  • High school completion or equivalent
As the Studio Services Style Consultant, you will:
  • Use technology to deliver 24/7 service, and be willing to consistently communicate with team-members and clients on all available platforms.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Saks merchandise and services, fashion and trends and an understanding of product features and benefits in order to assist clients.
  • Establish deep relationships with clients and drive repeat business to achieve department sales goals.
  • Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Foundational Service Principles (Service Like We Mean It, New Kind of Seller, Culture of Style) and deliver exceptional service.
  • Skilled at using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships, keep existing clients in good standing, and maintain operational excellence and integrity.
