Under direction from the Operations Manager, the Cafe associate is responsible for providing high quality customer service, establishing and helping to maintain customer relationships and working effectively with other team members within the café and the store.

You Also Have:

• Proven restaurant or Serving experience.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Possession of strong technical background in specialty skills such as communication, multitasking, cleanliness, organization skills.
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Openness to learning and developing new skills and processes
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred

As The Server, You Will:

• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Focus on achieving and exceeding individual performance and productivity goals.
• Attend to clients before, during, and after their orders by helping them place, receive, and pay for their orders.
• Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation.
• Focus on all efforts on providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Salary and Other Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for this position is between [$18.68 - 23.35 per hour].  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
