What This Position is All About
Under the direction of the Visual Manager, the Windows Digital Associate works alongside the Saks Fifth Avenue Creative Team to design, execute, and render exciting displays that change on a weekly-basis in one of New York City's most iconic department stores.
We are looking for someone who can multitask within a range of digital skills such as working in a 3D program to build display ideas to spec, in addition to understanding how to render out designs with correct color, finishing and lighting. We will also need someone with strong adobe skills who can photoshop mock-ups, as well as use illustrator to design window credits.
In addition to digital work, this person will also do art production such as painting, prepping fixtures, measuring specs, loading and unloading window displays as needed, applying and removing vinyl, organizing materials, ordering paint, all around helping to install and deinstall creative displays including handling mannequins.
This position requires creativity, collaboration and the ability to take direction, and accomplish tasks with a sense of urgency.

- A creative individual with strong technical skills and understanding of rendering programs
- Detail oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A team player who is flexible to support the needs of the larger collective team and overall business
You Also Have:
- 1-2 years visual team experience, shop, art or design studio skills possessing a portfolio of previously created projects
- Experienced in vinyl design and application
- Proficiency in a 3D program to render display designs such as Ronan, Sketch Up or another 3D platform such as Maya or Blender
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite with Photoshop and Illustrator skills
As The Windows Digital Production Associate, You Will:
- Create detailed creative and spec renderings for window projects
- Lead graphics design and production for all weekly window installations
- Jump in as a team player where needed to accomplish the tasks at hand
- Work collaboratively with the entire windows team to bring displays to life
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting hourly rate for this position is between [$26.49-$33.12 per hour]. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
